1) Sandblast room: The sandblast room includes composition of lightweight core steel plate structure room body, door and observation window, wall protective layer, filter intake port, lighting system, etc.

2) Door and observation window: All doors are made of skeleton, color steel plates are used as door panels, and protective rubber sheets are fixed on the inside of the door panel. 3) Lighting device: Due to the high indoor dust concentration during sandblasting operations, according to the universal specifications, the lighting in the sandblast room needs to be> 300lux. Considering that steel sand splashing will cause damage to the lamps, therefore, a protective cover is designed. Six 250W gold halide lamps are installed on the top of the room to ensure that the lighting effect is good.

On the roof, the metal halide lamps of the anti -riot structure are used as a lighting tool. The irradiation lights of this type of lamp have the ability to penetrate the dust, which is especially suitable for use in the case of large dust inside the house.
